These terms govern your use of 8web.ai and services provided by 8WEB SDN BHD.
1. Agreement
By accessing 8web.ai or subscribing to our services you accept these terms.
2. Services
We provide AI-assisted web design, managed hosting and ongoing maintenance under a monthly subscription.
3. Subscription & payment
Plans bill monthly in advance. A one-time setup fee applies. Minimum term is 12 months unless otherwise agreed.
4. Intellectual property
On full payment, you own your site content. We retain rights to underlying code frameworks and tools.
5. Changes & updates
Each plan includes a monthly quota of content changes. Additional changes are billable.
6. Hosting
We manage hosting, SSL and backups. Uptime target is 99.9%; we are not liable for force-majeure outages.
7. Cancellation
Cancel anytime after the 12-month minimum with 30 days' notice. Cancellation does not refund pre-paid months.
8. Liability
Our total liability is capped at the fees paid in the previous 12 months. No indirect or consequential damages.
9. Acceptable use
No illegal, abusive, infringing, defamatory or sanctioned content. We may suspend service for breach.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, with disputes resolved in the courts of Malaysia.
11. Changes to terms
We may update these terms; the latest version is always at this URL.
