Is there a minimum contract?+
Yes - a 12-month minimum, then month-to-month. We need this so the upfront design work is sustainable for both sides.
Do you serve businesses outside KL and Singapore?+
Yes. We work with SMEs across Johor, Penang, Kuching, Sarawak, Sabah and the rest of Malaysia, plus all of Singapore. Onboarding happens over WhatsApp.
Can I move my site to another host later?+
Yes. You can take the site files anytime. We'll help with the handover.
Do you handle SEO?+
Basic on-page SEO is included in every plan. Growth plan adds local SEO and AI search optimisation.
Can you build e-commerce?+
Yes - as an add-on module. Stripe, PayNow and FPX supported.
