What is AI web design?+
AI web design uses generative AI to draft layouts, copy and images, then refines them with human designers. It's faster and more affordable than traditional web design while keeping quality high.

What's included in every plan?+

How fast can you launch my website?+
Most sites go live in 3 to 5 working days after we receive your content (copy, logo, images). Larger sites with 10+ pages or custom integrations take 1 to 2 weeks.
What counts as a "page"?+
A page is a unique URL with its own layout and content - e.g. Home, About, Services, Contact, a single service page or a single landing page. Blog posts inside the blog add-on are not counted as plan pages.
What is a "minor change"?+
Text or copy updates, image swaps within the same layout, contact info changes, button label or link updates, and small colour or font tweaks. New page designs, feature additions, complex integrations and major overhauls are quoted separately.
Can I add more pages later?+
Yes. Extra pages within your plan limit are added free. Beyond the limit, additional pages are charged per page (see Add-ons on the Plans page), or you can upgrade to a higher tier.
Do you provide content writing?+
We provide AI-drafted copy that we refine with you for free as part of onboarding. Full copywriting (long-form, brand voice, SEO articles) is available as a paid add-on.
Can you do e-commerce?+
Yes, as an add-on module. We support Stripe, PayNow QR and FPX for Malaysia, plus product catalogues, carts and order notifications. Larger stores are quoted based on scope.
Who owns the domain?+
You do. The domain is registered in your name and stays yours. We can manage DNS and renewal on your behalf, or hand it over anytime.
Can I cancel?+
Yes, after the 12-month minimum term. After that it's month-to-month - cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. The 12-month minimum exists so the upfront design work is sustainable for both sides.
What format are exported files in?+
If you self-host or migrate away, we export a static build (HTML / CSS / JS) plus your assets and content. WordPress sites are exported as a standard WordPress install. Everything is yours to keep.
Do you support a blog?+
Yes. We offer a headless WordPress blog add-on hosted on a subdomain (e.g. blog.yoursite.com), with categories, featured images and SEO-friendly URLs that match your main site's branding.
Can I self-host my website after the contract?+
Yes. We offer a one-time self-hosting deployment add-on that migrates your site to Vercel or Netlify with a Supabase backend, so you can host independently and keep full ownership of the code and data.
Do you serve businesses outside KL and Singapore?+
Yes. We work with SMEs across Johor, Penang, Kuching, Sarawak, Sabah and the rest of Malaysia, plus all of Singapore. Onboarding happens over WhatsApp.
Do you handle SEO?+
Basic on-page SEO is included in every plan. Growth plan adds local SEO and AI search optimisation.
